To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ship the Product to the address provided by the Customer within the estimated delivery time frame. The Seller is not responsible for delays in shipping that are beyond their control, such as unforeseen weather conditions or transportation issues.
